Who’s your ideal client?

My ideal client is self-motivated and ready to do the work. I appreciate someone who has some insight and is willing to learn new techniques to reduce your overall distress. Change can be daunting, but if you implement the strategies I provide, you will see results.

Do you offer in-office and online appointments?

Currently, my practice is solely based online. This offers you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be provided a confidential, HIPAA-compliant link to access the session each session.

Why is therapy for me?

Therapy isn’t a magic potion to cure all of your problems, but it is a safe space for difficult conversations to occur to begin the healing process. Once equipped with tools, life will become easier to manage as you’ve gained support, confidence, and strength to overcome any hurdles that may arise.

How long will I be in therapy?

There is no one-size-fits-all model for therapy because no two people are alike. Treatment depends on the person and their presenting issues to therapy. Managing life stressors may take less time than processing traumas. During our initial session, we will develop a treatment plan to create measurable goals that will be reviewed regularly so we can track your progress.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I currently accept United Healthcare, Florida Blue, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Humana, AvMed, Optum, Oscar Health, & UMR.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

No, session prices are based on session length and number of accommodated people.

What’s your cancellation policy?

As you complete your new client paperwork, you will be required to place a card on file for billing purposes. Session cancellations are as follows:

  • 24 hours before your appointment: Free.

  • Late Cancellations (after 24 hours): 100% of your session fee

  • No Shows: 100% of your session price

This encourages continuity in your services while allowing for other clients in need to schedule in your absence.
