I offer a safe space for BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ identified single parents to prioritize self-care to prevent burnout so you can show up for yourself and your loved ones. Testimonials

  • “I have been in therapy for many years and it is rare to find a clinician that is as comprehensive, knowledgable and compassionate as Tranquilla. When I initially met with Tranquilla, I was in crisis and needed a great deal of support. Through supportive methods, by making herself available and by giving me realistic approaches to my problems, I have been able to stabilize.”

    -Jessica K.

  • I’ve been seeing Tranquilla (along with my whole immediate family currently) since late last year. My journey with her originally started with couples therapy and has since evolved into one-on-one and family therapy sessions. I felt so lost (as cliche as that may sound) when I first started seeing her but thanks to her judgement free and wisdom laced sessions I have more of a semblance of who I am as a being and why I have the relationships I do. Her retention for absorbing our life stories has always amazed me. I can’t say enough about this amazing therapist!

    -Melissa P.

  • When we were talking I felt respected and honestly she was very open about talking to me about different things like how I was raised because I was raised my Caribbean parents and having parents you are in the military and also bout religion. I wasn’t judged or anything which made me feel more comfortable to talk to her because I’m usually not one to open up to people.

    -Noelle D.
